Bellise
The first marketable variety, ready for harvest in mid-July. This is the early variety that has been planted the most in Lærdal in the last couple of years.

Giorgia
A good variety with a long tradition in Norway. Originally an Italian variety with firm, medium-sized fruits and a sweet and good taste. This is a good cherry, which can have a relatively long sales season.

Techlovan
Large fruits with a very good and sweet morello flavor and an appealing appearance. A Czech development of the Van variety that saw the light of day in the early 90s.

Vanda
A variety that can become very dark and sweet if it is allowed to hang on the tree long enough.

Samba
A Canadian cherry variety with large, crisp and sweet fruits with a glossy skin and a dark, appealing red color.

Folfer
A very dark cherry with firm flesh and a very sweet taste.

Van
Halvstore frukter med mykje fruktkjøt og ein svært søt og god smak. Fruktene er harde og sprø og har ein særs tiltalande utsjånad.

Tamara
Tamara is a Czech, heart-shaped cherry variety with large, firm cherries. The colour is dark, and the fruits are very sweet. This is a particularly good cherry variety.

Penny
A bit late, relatively dark morels.

Lapins
Lapins is a cross between Van and Stella that was created in the early seventies. The fruits are medium-sized with a lot of flesh. The variety has a sweet and good taste and is excellent for canning and baking.

Starblush
A variety of cherry with a distinctive yellow color with a faint red covering. The fruit has a very good taste quality.

Sweetheart
Sweetheart is a variety that was developed in Canada in the mid-seventies. The fruits are medium-sized and sweet with a slightly bitter undertone. The fruits crack easily in rain.
