The apple is a crossbreed between Ingrid Marie and Filippa. A round, slightly flattened shape. Light yellow and medium firm flesh with a good aroma. The skin is red with a yellow cheek on the sunny side. Best from October to January.

Semi-early apple variety with a yellow bottom colour and light red cover colour. Medium sized, round, slightly flattened and very well shaped. Crisp and white flesh with sweet and good aroma. Pretty good durability. Best from September to October.

Gravenstein is a very old apple variety, and has been cultivated in Norway since 1792. The apple is large with a yellow colour. Light yellow, juicy, fairly firm flesh. Good, slightly sour flavor. Great for cooking and baking. Best from October to December.

Medium sized, slightly elongated apple with dark red cover colour. Creamy yellow, juicy, crispy, medium firm flesh with a nice consistency. An acidic, aromatic apple with good durability. Best from October to November.
